因近日身體狀況不佳,加上早上到會場時腳背忽然隱隱作痛,趕緊吞下一顆止痛藥。
這場賽事完賽時間設定8hr完賽,出發時以輕鬆跑方式一步一步ㄉㄧ朝山頂前進....過了第3補幾站來到了13K,也如賽前所擔心的腳沒力又抽筋,開始起動跑走模式繼續龜上宇老。
來到折返點也取了信物,當然是吃吃喝喝一番,難怪100K的前輩說這一站是最頹廢的一站(54K的不想跑,80/100K的想轉成54K)哈哈…,吃飽喝足了該起程走回宇老了,沒錯喔!啟動省電模式走回宇老...要感謝宇老私補團的海尼根真是~清涼有勁~
來到了最高點,由於走了約7K,停下來伸展舒筋骨(大夥不約而同的一字排開都在作伸展),下山了也轉換了慣性跑模式,一路跑回終點,終點設在舞台上,讓每位跑回終點的人都能留下勇者的英姿並接受大夥的掌聲鼓勵。(今天的狀況6:35完賽,非常的滿意...明年是否再參賽...嗯...再想想囉)
