漫長的15k
這個月將跑量加上來,去年一整年工作的關係。沒辦法好好的持續跑。跟2015相比體重也增加許多。自己要進步空間相對有限,先減重。接著將跑量試著往上加。既然都出門了,哪就每次多跑一點。看會有什麼變化。最近學校放假,都關燈。年前較忙,一個人夜跑挺無聊的。每次想偷懶下課,就多想訓練是從10k後,15k後才開始的。然後又繼續跑下去了。比賽有時覺得是成果的驗收。對我而言,比賽是從報名哪刻就開始了。
