一陣子沒自主半馬了,最近雖然跑者膝已經痊癒,但雙腿所有肌肉的協調完全錯亂掉,雖然很努力維持跑姿,這禮拜怎麼跑都抓不到跑感,總覺得軟綿綿的。所以今天雖然還算涼爽,但跑得非常無力,跑完半馬卻覺得沒運動到。
