原本擔心的ITBS,休跑了快一週,看來症狀已暫時舒緩,肌肉的疲勞感也慢慢消除,這幾個月以來的訓練,已有明顯的效果,雖然比賽出現破胎及身體不適等狀況,還是順利完賽。
賽後評分: 天氣太熱補給不優,另外聽說在轉換區有選手東西遭竊(防寒衣,泳鏡,眼鏡)
