初馬&初超馬完成。。
一早上準備吃早餐和出門,發生鑰史壞了,連續吵醒女王兩次,請她幫我開門,一開始自己感覺不好的預兆。
一路上和高原說說笑笑,一直說跑不完要坐計程車,結果跑回終點了,一台計程車都沒攔到,
跑到東豐鐵馬道的時候,約九點的時候,馬上開啟步兵模式,進入看股票狀態,超酷的。。
一個人要跑完這山路!這麼遠的路真的要有很大的毅力,謝謝高原一路上配合我的速度 忽快忽慢!!終於完成這場訓練!
網路上很多說每天只練少少的 賽事就可以跑完全馬,我很難以置信。 這是要練的多麼的刻骨銘心,才能完成這偉大的全馬!
