小趾頭長了個水泡,難怪越跑越痛。是第一次跑步跑到長水泡。不知是襪子還是鞋子的問題。這次老天爺給了一個很棒的天氣,沒日曬也很涼快,跑起來很帶勁。不過最後還是撞牆了,只能維持住跑步,已經提不起速度了。
