第2線45圈tempo run@150/lap:
齊腳一枱麻雀起步,同henry,豬,遠一齊衝150,自己照尋日咁跑第二線。今日嘅指示係按速度跑最尾都唔加速。四個人一齊好處就冇咁悶之外,圈速都可以keep得好穩定。呀遠咁fit當然唔使講,henry啱啱傷完都跟足45圈都好難得。阿豬都出乎意料最後都跟咗35圈先上岸,大家全程都走得好貼冇散過。其實自己最後十個圈都幾攰,但難得兩個partner都冇散嘅感覺,點都好好睇睇頂埋佢。完事對腳都幾攰,但未到抽筋,45圈2線@150順利完成!
