終於標馬上凸台了!!!卻沒有所謂的喜悅與快感!!!心練得不夠!肌耐力還是不足!還是一樣的罩門太依賴水站!
最後兩公里看時間要破PB其實並不難,(3:16:00)但也只是1分鐘或幾秒鐘而已!!!當下已沒有任何衝勁,於是決定放掉!!!給自己一個遺憾的空間!!!最後3:16:35完賽!!!
