今天只衝前半馬145,
過21k後只衝上坡,其餘都用走的,
直到最後12K再幫友人配速;
沿路找尋一位香港跑友卻見不到,
幸於終點前最後一刻被認出,真好,下次面再聊聊。
不知是如此路線,下坡大於上坡吧,
把全馬當間歇跑,一路玩賽,
用心跑應該可以跑進330吧。
廈門後休2日,
其中賽後第2日晨跑10k退乳酸,
本日跑起來大腿還是有點痠緊,
不過不致有太大影響,前半馬用力衝,
於8k就有點hold不住,應該是感冒的影響。
下次直接把目標設在320!
