實際距離24.91K,實際均速5:24,雖然空氣品質相當差,全程盡量閉嘴巴跑,太陽公公有露臉,最後幾K還跟跑友邊跑邊聊了一下,但受到腎上腺素分泌、輸人不輸陣的影響,仍不敢鬆懈太多,幸好有跑進均速5:30內,很高興肌耐力略為提升,但心率飄移問題仍較令人擔憂。
