下禮拜高雄馬了, 雖然最近實在很少跑今天還是想要跑個半馬看看退步到什麼程度; 天氣陰涼索性連水也不帶了, 反正半途有飲水台可用
跑沒多久就遇到一位速度差不多的跑友, 一問之下他說已經跑了30K還差30K, 原來是個練超馬的神人來的, 標馬都在sub3, 下禮拜要跑48H... 真高手!! 同一條路線就邊跑邊聊, 過了承德橋才互相道別折返.
回頭到了花博園區補水, 迎面而來好強的風, 然後到15K又沒電了.... 又餓又冷, 頭昏眼花; 奇怪, 過年吃飽睡 睡飽吃續航力一點都沒長進啊~~ XDD
最後連20K整數都湊不到, 草草收工
