每3K補給站都進入喝舒跑或吃香蕉還有吃到豆花。為忘掉30K後會爆掉的陰影,索性自24K開始玩刷人遊戲,至35K總共刷了200人,確定不會爆後就穩穩跑回終點, 原本最擔心的抽筋只有在約35k最後一個上坡時左大腿小抽一下,後半程比前程快的配速原則,果然跑起來比較舒服,下週的國道馬再依原則進行配速。加油~~
