| 起跑點槍響後即按錶,大會還沒計時。
最後一兩百公尺快跑想拼進手錶計時12小時34分,沒想到按停時,剛好是12時34分56秒,湊巧變成一條龍。
艱辛完成南橫100K,總排97名。男子487人報名,女子40人報名。成績輸兩名女性,比女總一剛好多花了一小時。(PTT路跑社囊括100K女總1、3~5名)
賽前問了去年參加100K賽事的隊友,他去年在折返點前54K花7小時半(去年前10K據說是平路,今年一路上坡),下坡46K衝4小時。我以此當參考時間。
左腳踝仍有輕微痠痛,很擔心在賽事時受傷。前半段跟大群人慢慢上坡,累的時候一起當步兵,尤其40K~50K期間走了很長的路。40K後就看到108K和100K的領先者已經衝下山,47K後遇到PTT路跑社的3、4位隊友已經下坡,此時我仍在慢慢熬上坡最後的3K,慘字寫在臉上。
到50K折返點時花了快6小時50分,狀況十分樂觀。我又十分喜歡衝下坡,心想也許能11小時半完賽,所以50K~70K盡力衝下坡。聽說百K賽事從70K開始,所以特別注意70K後是否會體力大衰退。剛過70K還沾沾自喜仍有體力衝刺,但一過75K明顯連下坡都無法衝出速度。
到80K時約花10小時,最後20K下坡還幻想能在2小時跑完,如此就是12小時完賽。但79~82K時的上坡真要命,已經無力對抗,勉強維持不當步兵。
82K到終點前大致是下坡,還是偶有小段上坡,此時只想盡力回到終點,完賽時間一再延後。下坡常常是7分速,奮力才能跑進6分速。最後21K跑了2小時33分,每一公里都很漫長無力。
完賽只有左腳食指起了大水泡,跑步時上了3次大號。上坡13個補給站(連折返點),下坡12個補給站,站站休息,上了N次廁所。還好只有最後10K飄毛毛雨,全程是陰涼偶有陽光的好天氣,臉還因此曬傷脫皮。對初次跑山路100K的新腳,這是可以接受足堪欣慰的結果。
聽說明年將延長到120K,從海端鄉南橫入口跑上啞口才折返,限時16小時。明年是否要更瘋狂,年底前再看看自己的精神狀態!
