配速跑15k
週三是配速跑+移地訓練日,
配速15k,盡可能保持5'10"/K,但跑到後面有點累了,
應該是昨天跑完的影響,也有可能自已練不夠,
話說本來要來測心率的,帶機器(帶子沒帶到),
總不能一直用手拿著吧,只好下週再來測,
跑的過程超怕下雨,折返時下了幾滴,但還好
只是快結束時(剩1.5K)才真的下大雨,
如果再晚二十分下,應該不會淋到了,
明日是快樂休息日,週五有空再練習。
