1、一年多沒跑42k,賽前也沒多大的把握能完跑,因此以十分小心的態度面對。
2、今晨獨自前往,家人與疾風勁草等成員各自忙,開始體會馬拉松是孤獨的運動,說孤獨也不完全是,因為煒哥在過程中給我不少精神上的鼓舞,是正向的力量。
3、起跑後雖小心翼翼怕"暴衝",因此時時盯著手錶,深怕早早爆胎,雖如此,也不免受到"群眾的力量"之影響,有股不斷向前的力道推著我,加上國道並非平坦,而是以"麥當勞"狀呈現,必須精準判斷它的坡度,也須時時調整配速。
4、按馬場前輩給的"公式",我套用:
1-5k 順
6-30 穩
30-35看情況
35-38要撐住
39-42爬回去
之口訣。
以這場來說,算是成功的,唯美中不足的是,自己練太少,回顧2月177k的月跑量,約莫是他者的一半,也是35-38k撐不住的主因,但細想天時(溫度)、地利(尚稱好跑)、人和(煒哥過程中的打氣),給自己的表現打了88分。
