今日81KM心得: 好餓好熱好痛
因為膝傷未癒,重點就是儘量保守,必須徹底利用完賽時間,保留體力,不計較單日成績,目標是三天都要完賽。
補給站沒什麼東西吃,天氣熱也讓人沒食慾,全程餓到進終點。
10KM膝蓋傳來陣痛 立即吃止痛藥,17KM再補一顆。副作用讓胃極度不適,30K後開始乾嘔,跑起來會想吐,吃胃藥略有好轉,但在60K又發作,於是吐了,還吐到側腹兩邊抽筋,簡直沒法跑。
惟一好處是乳酸累積不多,明天再加油。
今天幾位高手及夥伴脫隊了,讓人很難受,也希望他們傷痛能早日復原。
