田中馬果然名不虛傳,尤其在最後3K賽道進入田中市區繞,夾道民眾一攤接著一攤,選手在街道上或走或跑好像踩街活動一樣,不過若是想跑的人就要常常閃避人群,今天一開始跑起來感覺上好像沒那麼順,想想就4小時內完賽就好,於是以配速員氣球當目標,從5小時開始追,追了好久總算追到4小時配速員,超過一些才比較保險,賽道八堡圳兩旁有樹蔭還不錯到二水時跟上禮拜二水馬有些相同,不過二水的就沒樹蔭了,熱啊!補給站有冰塊可以稍降溫,熱到沒力了就走一下,走走跑跑回到終點 賽前宣言: 槓龜了二年今年終於抽中了^^ 賽後評分: ^^ 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 122~148 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 148~167 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 167~172 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 172~183 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 183~188 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為188 點此去設定最大心率 |
