| 本來是要帶跑班Johnny跑破4,因為這次萬金石分區很嚴格,一個在B一個在D區,只好自己跟著3:30配速列車跑,前面幾公里配速列車的配速都太快了,好幾段都配到4:50去,加速後面爆掉的机率😅
從渣打馬後就沒練習長距離,果然一過30公里整個撞牆😭

還好賽事都跑完了,重新回到正常訓練
