前兩個禮拜就想跑得路線…今天剛好沒團練…就自己獨推了!
其實這路線…雖然比較有趣…但不是太輕鬆!
除了上上下下的之外…一路上…幾乎就是自己一個人孤單的在路上跑!
尤其是跑到梅山公園接竹崎公園的台三線…天都還沒亮(還沒6點)…還真是荒涼!一路上真的是在練心! 😅
(有幸在梅山交流道遇到要去跑越野的傑神)
跑完1圈是53K..既然還沒八點…那就湊一下55K好了! 🤣
