第一次穿赤足鞋跑半馬的路程,可能是前天跑了16公里後身體還ok,沒啥酸痛,今天突發奇想跑了半馬的距離,為兩週後10/10做預備!
開心的是,赤足跑鞋沒有磨腳了,可能是繭都長出來了。
