西勢河堤。30℃,體感33℃,溼度59%。
Build-up 35K。對於永康科技園區的路線感到厭倦,因此沒有跑早上。改在河堤跑下午就只能3點快快出門,畢竟只是便道,有2/3是沒路燈的狀態。不過今天還是跑到天黑在月光下漫步才結束(很不希望這時還遇到鬼打牆,恁杯已經沒力了)。跑河堤只有回到起點(約7.5K)才能補水,有點辛苦。跑完半程已經有種無力感了,後面都是拖拖拉拉硬吃里程。還差5K也不跑了,至少完成度近90%。這9週嚴格說起來也只跑了2次超過25K,狀況都不算好。查了去年的LD記錄,30K以上的訓練休息時間都很短,今年的身體似乎沒把長距離的狀況養起來啊。唯一進步的是收操時雙腿沒甚麼抽筋感。長距離剩下2~3次的機會了...。
