台北市kimweng 台北市kimweng 好不容易等到炎熱的天氣過去,休了半年多的第一場馬拉松,馬上就是一個震撼教育,天啊!那個坡度也太扯了,去程很辛苦的ㄍㄥ過去,心裡就想著,回來一定會很淒慘,還刻意把速度壓穩些,回程27K果然悲劇就展開了,延路大腿狂抽筋,而且一抽就是連路都不太能走的大抽筋,只好停下來乖乖的拉筋,等狀況好些,再上路,一路就這樣跑跑停停的撐回終點。下此慎重考慮要來穿壓縮褲,另外,要帶一罐肌樂,難不成我是有天生容易抽筋的體質嗎?參加三次全馬,每次都抽筋,連平地馬也抽,真是很無言~~~~
