上晚班順道休息八天,入秋了跑起來真舒爽,繞繞中山大跟愛河後就回家,天氣涼加上速度和緩,整件衣服竟然是乾的,汗只出在頭和臉,真是跑步的好季節;跑完左腳IT BAND無預警疼痛,可能是熱身跟收操不確實,下次要改進,右膝蓋之前有異狀,休息多日應該是痊癒了,算是好消息。
