休了三天,今天預計跑到願景橋折返,途中遇到散步的家人,打招呼後,索性繞一下中都濕地公園,回程同盟路單車道,一位單車大哥沿途豪邁唱歌,有他緊跟下,速度打亂變快,收操時竟然大腿股內側肌會痠,好久沒這樣情形,通常都是以小腿帶動來跑,今天算是動用到不同的肌肉群了!
