10/19 課題 " 動態熱身+40K慢長跑+伸展放鬆 " 今天狀況不好,最後的6K還休了兩回,其中一次還在最後不到1K感到抽筋症狀,真慘!可能是前晚太晚睡的關係吧!今天河濱相當熱鬧,有路跑賽、有登山健走、有撿垃圾,還有其他的活動,小小的河濱擠了這麼多活動,今天跑的有點辛苦,前半成維持在5分的配速,折返後遇上了逆風又加上路跑的人潮,在碰上今天豔陽的天氣,最終還是沒能Hold住全程,再努力加油啦!
