10/20 課題 " 動態熱身+100秒配速40圈放鬆慢跑+1圈緩跑+伸展放鬆 " 今天主田徑場臨時關閉,所以只好到旁邊300暖身場練習,由於昨天的狀況,今天大腿還是有些緊繃,所以就慢跑放鬆一下再多做些伸展與按摩,幫助恢復快一點,感謝陪我一起跑的好朋友,謝謝!
