自強小團練
一開始5K認真跑,
後來就一路押車慢慢跑
還被老謝操得好累
讓老謝先跑然後去追老謝
根本就是在練間歇壓 哈
還有看到花海真開心
晚上還吃2桌的海鮮大餐
吃到快吐....
所以當晚決定要去玩隔天的大腳丫團練
現在團練能押車就押車
不然老是別人押車也不好^^
