漁光島×4趟來回…慢慢跑+輕鬆跑+加速跑…
最後3km為求均速6分內/km…全馬力試俥…終於達標…開心(已經好多天未加速跑了!沒想到還可以加速,而且髖骨舊傷尚穩定ok…)
