當老天提供適合跑馬拉松的天氣時,一定要把握再度破紀錄的契機。
起跑後的狀況覺得不錯,但當一切都很順的同時,剛過第7K,路邊冷不防的坑洞讓我右腳踝翻船了...當下X字飆了出來,除了降速,還馬上檢查傷勢,一度按停手錶打算放棄,卻又不想錯過今天的機會,便繼續向前,反正還會折返到終點附近,真的不行再棄賽,但未完成的35K,就只能調整落地重心,慢慢將速度拉回來,過程中患處雖無大影響,最後還小破個人紀錄,不過現在卻開始出現緊繃及微痛感,希望不會影響接下來的賽事。
