| 目標330闖關失敗,小破PB最後以331作收(338),拿到女總6分組一,與第五名差2分05秒,就是練不夠才殘念,這次感謝 得哥全程幫忙配速,但我實力太差無法突破,會好好檢討。
全程使用4包bcaa諾壯果膠,賽後一杯8000粉,讓我舒緩疲勞。
