第1次跑在東勢往大雪山國家公園的路徑上,雖然去程是連續的上坡路段,但風景優美,視野極佳,氣候宜人,跑感相當舒服,就這麼沿路玩下去,好是愉快,第一次到折返點已逾半時間,還好回程是一路連續下坡,以4~5分速下山,真是爽快,最終也順利完賽;這次馬賽感謝南投趴趴走路跑協會提供優質私補,還有主辦單位台中市長青體育會的全心投入,給選手一個非常棒的林道馬體驗,感恩蛤^^ 賽前宣言: 完賽 玩賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
