假日應該來個LSD,但時間不夠改跑半馬,先跟家人在前小繞甜甜圈10K,家庭運動日。之後女兒當小教練騎單車陪跑,沿路遇到紅燈,都要她原地停留等綠燈,我在路口左右繞維持跑動,願景橋折返剛好遇到新人拍婚紗照,過駁二想去鹽埕區買有名的便宜壽司當點心,一時忘記地點在哪?多繞了1K才找到,等待半小時才買到,生意真好。
今天跑完女兒說,都沒流汗很輕鬆,應該是平常打桌球,嚴格訓練習慣了吧!
