1.在大腿套、小腿套的加持下,撐到38K之後左大腿跟左小腿才開始有抽筋的感覺,不過,還是被腿套Hold下來了,讚!
2.去年447,今年412,快了35分鐘,很有成就感,心肺部分還蠻有餘力的,就是肌力完全不行,感覺還是有進步空間,繼續努力!!
這次跑的比第一次順很多,也抓到一些上下坡的技巧,沿途補給很豐富,志工很熱情,獎牌很特別,很棒的賽事,讚讚!! 賽前宣言: 第二次參加!聽說這次有機會看到櫻花,讚!期待有進步!! 賽後評分: 路線硬!補給棒!志工熱情!很棒的賽事!
