5點到了公園路寄物車,架子還沒移走,但已經過了寄物時間。只好再跑去懷寧街的延遲車,但是人很多,寄物速度超慢。最後在寄物排隊中,聽著起跑廣播。還好的是這次沒有任何鬥志想要達到什麼目標,心裡就沒有特別著急。賽後看了成績,起跑後5分鐘才過起跑點。
起跑後3k後才有慢慢鑽出人群的感覺,但是覺得右小腿有點緊,想說慘了一定會抽筋。約莫快9k又覺得有點想吐的感覺...還好後面補給站喝水,慢慢好轉。
最後撐到28k,第一次跑這麼遠的spacer dyna,腳底板還真的蠻痛的,尿也憋了很久,就進廁所。上完後,一整個跑不起來。其實有點滿意了,至少後面再拖,整體時間也不會拖太久。
跟富邦馬有點類似的是28k~30k小腿開始抽動,35k後有大抽筋。跑量不太夠應該是主因吧...
