中午吃太好,有罪惡感,來運動場跑半馬,久未跑持久繞圈,跑ㄧ小時過後開始降速,也遇到了幾次田徑隊與小朋友擋道,迫使煞車,還好沒撞到人,過程中跑累了,原來是沒有補給,之後只補一次水,還好後段轉陰天,總結,跑的好舒服。
