連兩餐沒什麼吃今天完全沒力氣跑LSD
加上負重4kg完全是自虐行為
本來想跑50-60k
吃5包能量包 還是沒辦法止餓
最後算了負重+能量不足
膝蓋有點怪 因該是負重吧
最後能跑超過40k也持續4小時以上
這週也練超長負重間竭夠了
心裡也算滿意
今天很多人來運動 大家都很親切
前4k遇到速男阿彬 小聊一下蠻開心
跑完兩趟後 小腿是軟的
果然肌力強大很多
