台北市哲 我的第二場全馬賽事,其實我深深覺得高雄馬路線規劃的還不錯,非常符合城市馬的主題,補給也很豐,到蚵仔寮還有私人補給,沿路還有宮廟贊助水,都不用怕水分補充不足,還有沿路熱情的加油團,高雄人好熱情啊!
再來就是講到我自己,計畫第二馬sub3破功,主要都是自己訓練不夠,配速不敢配太快,跑前一天還感冒喉嚨痛.....錶都是抓10在跑,LSD不夠到36K就跑不太下去,速度也拉得很慢,不幸中的大幸是沒有受傷,但是小腿現在還在酸痛,這次的經驗才深深覺得不多說還是練,不能再多找藉口了,加油!!
