台北市kimweng 很慘烈的一場馬拉松!!
上一場雙溪櫻花馬沒抽到筋,今天有點大意了,一開始的速度稍快了些,36K之後就開始有抽筋的感覺了,硬撐回去後,馬上大爆發,休息10幾分鐘之後,還是不見改善,只好厚著臉皮去求助護理站,真是太感謝護理站那一群陽明大學的物理治療師,我抽的實在有點誇張,出動了4~5個物理治療師幫我拉筋、放鬆肌肉,真是VIP的服務,超感動的,雖然很是狼狽,不過,真是一次刻骨銘心的經驗~~~ 賽前宣言: 事隔兩年,再來挑戰一下全馬~~~ 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
