第一次跑烏來馬,感覺相當好,由於參加達利組,前42.195km必須在5.5小時內完成,開賽後就收起平時的玩馬心態,以正坐危襟的心情跑馬,最終在5:10:00通過全馬終點,取得參加比路組7km的賽事;烏來風景在過管制哨後,最全程風景最美的,由於趕馬的心態,無法氣定神閒地欣賞風景,享受烏來馬,真是有點遺憾,只能等待下回有機會再重新嚐試囉^^ 賽前宣言: 完賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
