第一次參加東雙塔自助超馬系列,前一天即抵達宜蘭羅東,借宿文金哥家中,純樸的鄉間,夜晚的蛙鳴聲,安農溪的潺潺流水聲,螢火蟲的微亮尾光,加上微風飄來的陣陣三星葱味,真是寧靜的田野路鄉居。
隔天清晨搭文金哥便車與繼強、清文哥、寶鳳姐一起前往礁溪,五月天的晴朗天氣,8點開賽真的有點熱,一路上豐陽高照,從礁溪經宜蘭市轉宜18公路,攝氏30度以上高溫照得我差點中暑,幸好沿途有便利商店,還有好心的宜蘭鄉親提供冰水,讓我們得以在酷熱的環境中降溫;跑過松羅後,天氣驟變,降下短暫的陣雨,高溫的柏油路面揚起一陣蒸氣由下往上衝,有如蒸籠般地難受,接著又打雷、又出太陽、又是西北雨的,末段的跑感有如洗三溫暖地刺激,真是一場難忘的賽事,還好最後在關門前抵達終點。 賽前宣言: 完賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
