近五點起跑,就是為了躲夏天炙熱的太陽,前段還可以,後段開始悶熱,但還好陽光還不會很刺眼,沿河濱跑有堤防擋陽光,中途洲美7/11補給,休息約五分鐘,後段慢慢跑回大漢橋。夏天跑長距離,補給水分很重要,盡量安排好有補給的地方,不然肯定跑不下去。
