這次天氣預報太準了吧!起跑就27度,設定前半程比平常慢,也讓賢拜跟跑,10K過後,覺得自己今天狀況不錯,就跟賢拜說,速度要加快些,10幾K跑時真是自我感覺良好,心裡想搞不好能突破熱天的魔咒可以保4喔!到了20K,雖然已顯示2小時,比平常慢了許多,心裡不緊張,過了折返點大部分為下坡,於是決定放手搏一搏,整個人沉浸在突破的興奮中,這一段路被我超車的全馬半馬跑友們應該數以百計吧!28K左右,一眼就看到20公尺外,會長龜速前進,怎麼這情形又發生了,上前詢問,並邀一起ㄍㄧㄥ完,無奈會長又中了魔咒,只得自己繼續向前跑,就大膽衝一下吧!不試試怎知結果如何呢?一切看似在我控制中,殊不知大太陽底下體力的消退是很快的,果不其然,33K時瞬間降速,這道牆來的又急又快,只能在腦子裡趕緊想因應對策,就利用2.5K一個水站的設置,撐完一段算一段,速度一直降卻也無力回天了,只能在心裡自我安慰今天真的有努力了,回到終點拿到成績證明,竟然分組455人中還拿到68名,真的是太熱了啦!這場比完就是比賽放暑假了,該想想如何訓練30K後的肌耐力,老是這樣不會進步。 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 110~134 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 134~151 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 151~156 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 156~165 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 165~170 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為170 點此去設定最大心率 |
