好熱,夏天真的到了,如預期完成了半馬練習,過程也覺得半馬沒有太長,可能是加入速度練習
1~5公里低心率緩跑+2公里間歇×2中間尾巴各1圈緩跑=10公里(208、208、208、210、203+200、202、206、210、209)
11~14公里緩跑然後1圈快(210)1圈慢+2圈快(206、206)1圈慢+3圈快(209、209、213)1圈慢+5圈快(214、215、215、208、205)1圈慢=10公里+亂亂收尾(218、215)完成21公里,母親節快樂跑(我盡力了)
速度快不太起來,在跑第三圈時掉速,但當時覺得下一圈可以更快,下次時真的在第4圈提速,因為我的速度都是慢慢昇上去的,會有平台期,後才加速上去,不要提前因掉速度而放棄
