2015/10/17 運動日記:
今天是入秋後第二次LDS練習,目標為30km,
特地四點就開始起跑希望能早點跑完,
0~6km:太陽有點曬,忽然覺得不妙,我不太耐曬
6~13km:補給喝水,到此都還算順利
13~18km:15公里後就開始出現身體不適了,慘了
18~21km:這段跑起來已經開始出現體力下滑腳底會痛了
21~23km:撞牆,感覺非常的痛苦,開始思考是不是要縮短練習量
23~25km:決定跑到25公里就好,結果這段跑的超想哭,超級不舒服
最後雖然跑完25km了,
可是腳底非常不舒服,酐糖也用完了,
連走回家一公里的路程都要停下來休息幾次,
完全爆掉的一次LDS,也太悲慘了 QQ
