假日本來跟凱文約一起跑,但連下好幾天的雨,尤其是禮拜五晚上更是大雨,想說即使後來沒下,地還是濕的,所以取消了,睡到飽後去投票後再自己跑。
馬路上地差不多乾了,想不到河濱的地還是很濕,失算,但都出門了只好跑下去,快11點才出發,中午天氣有點熱,路上跑步的人也很少,基隆河快淹上來了,不知道是連日下雨還是漲潮所致,前半段狀況不錯速度有快,後半程感覺有點累速度變慢了
