再跑行修寺,但有點失敗!!
出門時,便感覺之前的甜甜圈,還有些殘留感覺,人懶懶的,可能是忘了收吧!!
按往例,先上玉清寺,感覺身體狀況已恢復以往,所以跑步的姿態如同以往,增加傷腿(左腳踝)的負擔,下玉清寺,感覺還不錯似乎還有餘力,但踏上行修寺之路,明顯感受疲憊感,傷的感覺,也越來越明顯,最後,還是沒有勉強跑完,在行修寺達標後,在回程便走了一大段(晨間散步感覺真不錯),再跑時,腳還是不大能抬起來,真的是弱了,連帶地把傷感都帶了出來,總算是回到了家,但時間實是用的太多了,連老婆都快看不下去了,真慘!!
