好幾天沒跑步了,一個月的第一天要了跑一下,市區下一整天的雨,幸好北投沒下,但出門後到527巷發現地是濕的,剛下完一陣雨,都出門了只好繼續跑下去,幸好沒再下,這兩天有點冷,所以穿上外套但還是跑到滿身汗
