1.為了月底的冬山河百K賽事,自主練習LSD 50k。
2.清晨查看外面,雲層很厚,天氣陰陰的,出發前太陽露臉,比想像中熱,不妙。
3.天氣熱,跑起來很累,一直流汗、補充水份;前面20k狀況還在預期中,經過里嶺大橋時,左大腿筋傷處開始發作,從微痛變成劇痛,在橋上休息,思索是否繼續往下跑。
4.降速、略為調整跑姿,發現腳痛還在可接受範圍,緩跑繼續往目標前進。
5.到達旗山市區,42.7k,已經1隻馬了,略為休息後,繼續在市區繞圈,補足距離,順利完成50k。
