氣象預報今天早上會下雨,果然5點多被雨聲吵醒,可見雨不小,就安心繼續睡,睡起來沒下雨了,地也漸漸乾了,所以便出門跑假日半馬。
ㄧ起跑感覺狀況很差,跑不到一公里先停一下調整呼吸再繼續跑,果然比較好一點,繼續跑下去跑了8公里開始下雨了,而且越下越大,鞋子全濕了,地也全濕,只好不避了往前跑,但是雨越下越大,好久沒在那麼大的雨中跑步了,可能是天氣舒適,所以速度維持地不錯。
