和阿堯討論田中馬大家動作都很快真的很快
我都想說報到之後 不急很悠哉嘖嘖
現階段太久沒跑也不適合跑速度
那就慢慢跑 拉距離恢復感覺就好了
其實原本跑步到後面的目標就是
可以用雙腳去感受這個城市
做小旅行這樣這樣就夠了
